Bright Sunlight, Dark Shadow - by Judy Hale

Cambridge lady, Judy Hale's moving and inspirational book is now on sale. Judy's life story has been written for her grandchildren, but she hopes it will give others a sense of worth no matter what trials they must face.

Following a blessed rural life based around Kopuku and Maramarua in North Waikato, enriched with family, animals and the land, Judy lost her husband and father of their children in a stock truck accident. Ten years and one day later she lost her sight, sense of smell and some sense of taste in an equine accident.

The book encapsulates Judy's fortitude. She hopes it will inspire people to overcome their own difficulties and find a new path for their lives, just as she has done.
